EASY WEIGH-IN STEPS:
1. START – Enter your start weight and register with us your diet start date.
2. WEEKLY –Â For those on our 14 or 28 day plans, enter your weight for the appropriate weeks, via week 1, 2 and 3 submit buttons.
3. FINAL – Whether you’re on our 7, 14 or 28 day diet plan, you must enter your final weight via the final submit button.
