Thank you for choosing Core Fit Foods to help you on your weight loss journey.
You have taken the first steps by purchasing our diet plan and now the exciting part begins. It’s important that we track your progress and support you on your journey with tips, advice and guidance.

 

EASY WEIGH-IN STEPS:

1. START – Enter your start weight and register with us your diet start date.
2. WEEKLY –  For those on our 14 or 28 day plans, enter your weight for the appropriate weeks, via week 1, 2 and 3 submit buttons.
3. FINAL – Whether you’re on our 7, 14 or 28 day diet plan, you must enter your final weight via the final submit button.
