WITHIN KINGSTON
  • Select your delivery option on the order page during the checkout process.
  • Include address, cell phone number and place best time for delivery on the notes section of the order page.
  • Once the payment is confirmed, the bearer is dispatched within twenty four hours (business days only), with the order.
  • Turnaround times can vary from 24-48 hours from the time of payment (business days only)
  • If a credit card payment option is selected, the bearer will have the machine in hand to swipe the card upon delivery of goods.
  • If the card is invalid or not available, then you will be responsible for scheduling a second delivery at our current rates.
  • If our card machine is not functional, we will action a second delivery attempt at our expense, within 24 hours (business days only).
  • If no one is at your location at the time that the bearer arrives with the packages to be delivered, then you will be responsible for scheduling a second delivery at our current rates.
  • If our bearer is unable to make the delivery during the scheduled time frame indicated, then we will make contact with you by telephone or email to make an alternate arrangement for the delivery.
OUTSIDE OF KINGSTON
  • Out of Town delivery option is selected on the order page during the checkout process.
  • We use the Knutsford Express courier service and you will be responsible for paying cash for the delivery upon collection at the depot. CLICK HERE to visit Knutsford Express website for their Terms and Conditions.
  • You will include your full name, cell phone number and delivery depot choice on the order page.
  • Credit card payment option is not available for out of town deliveries at this time.
  • Once the payment is confirmed, the bearer is dispatched within twenty four hours (business days only), with the order.
  • Turnaround times can vary from 24-48 hours from the time of payment (business days only)
  • You will receive a scanned photo of the receipt from us with the tracking number for the package via email once the package has been dispatched.
  • Visit the Knutsford Express website to verify opening hours and business operating days to ensure timely collection of your goods.
  • It is recommended that you call to confirm the arrival of the delivery before attempting to collect the package.
  • You will need a valid photo ID and the tracking number to present to the officers at the depot to facilitate the collection of your package.
  • If you do not collect your package after three days of arrival at the depot then the company will charge a per day rate of J$50 to you, as a penalty for holding your goods. This extends up to three months only, thereafter they reserve the right to dispose of your package entirely.
  • For packages sent to the wrong location, only the sender can re-route the delivery of that package which will attract a charge of $650, payable by the party who initiated the delivery process and liable to the information provided during the order process.
  • If you are unable to collect your goods, you may change the information of the person who you appoint to collect them on your behalf. This is done by sending an email to courierservices@kexservices.net where you will detail their name, telephone number and a scanned copy of their photo ID.
