Maintenance Plan

THREE STAGES

We provide the coaching, food, recipes and the structure to cut your appetite and cravings, increase your energy and make your weight loss goals a reality. Follow the steps below to kick start your weight loss journey with Core Fit Foods.

STAGE 1 - Weight Loss Phase

Here you will lose 2-4 lbs of permanent fat every week by eating three Core Fit Foods per day and one real meal on your own. We take you completely off of carbohydrates and sugars and give you the step by step guide to success. Typical results are 12-15 lbs of fat loss every month.

STAGE 2 - Transition Phase

During this step, we take away one Core Fit Food at a time and slowly replace them with a real food so that by the end of this phase you are fully re-educated as to how to eat a balanced diet of real foods on your own. You will get tips and training that will help you to keep the weight off forever.

STAGE 3 - Maintenance Phase

We provide a maintenance plan that gives you the roadmap to maintaining your new weight successfully forever, including all food groups. We bring you to that place where you can walk tall and feel secure about your body and mind and support you all the way. Contact us for more information.
