My journey was a rough one initially. I did so many diets before and none of them worked as good as this one, it really works.
I started the 28 days journey, within the first week I lost 7 pounds, I was ill the second week, I had some challenges but I still tried to push through the remaining weeks. I was still able to loose 13 pounds despite all. I am currently on the maintenance plan and have started gym training as I have no plans of putting back this weight on. A family member suggested that I try this plan & I was very skeptical about it but within the first week of starting I was in awe! By week one I lost approximately 5lbs with no exercise. I surprisingly adjusted to the meal plan and stuck to the required dinner ideas as well.
