Basic Coaching Plan Upgrade
Join our group of weight loss participants following your Core Fit Foods 28 day diet plan. Get into a community of people who are building better habits, developing mental focus and skills to aid you in reaching your desired weight loss goal. All led by Pilates and Weight Loss Coach Selena DeLeon.
- Introductory Price: 28 day span of group coaching sessions J$17,250 (incl GCT) offer ends August 1, 2022.
- Group Coaching is done via Zoom in blocks of 30 minutes for groups on set days.
- Frequency is twice per week
- Select from morning or evening call times.
- Total Calls per week = 3 (Group call access is 2 x week + Basic Coaching Group coaching call at Set time.)
