Personal One on One Maintenance Coaching 28 Day
WORDING: Get one on one personalized coaching if you follow a combination of real food and Core Fit Foods eating plan or all real foods for maintaining healthy bodyweight. Get into an accountability programme to keep you practicing healthy habits, maintaining mental focus and skills to help you stay at your current weight. All led by Pilates and Weight Loss Coach Selena DeLeon.
- 28 days personalized sessions is J$60,000 (incl GCT) for one on one coaching calls Monday – Friday. Offer ends August 1, 2022.
- Coaching is done via Zoom in blocks of 20 minutes for individuals.
- You select an option to fit into a calendar suite of available times
- Total Calls per week = 5
- Bookings are set up on available days/times of your choice at the beginning of the package (*no makeups allowed.)
- Whatsapp support: check in times are 2 hour blocks in the a.m. between 7-9:00 am (*3 hour lead time responses on Whatsapp.)
What you can expect to get:
- CF branded Food Journal by email for record keeping, tracking and submission daily via whatsapp.
- Access to our online forms for weekly weigh in submissions with accountability to your coach
- Twelve downloadable Mat Pilates Tone (Pilatone) group classes per month or LIVE via Zoom (10 minutes each class) with Selena.
- Participants who have done the Core Fit Foods plan OR persons who were on any weight loss coaching plan can join this plan to support them in their maintenance phase.
